In Uzbekistan, by the order of the Interior minister the statute of psychological service in the the Interior Ministry's system was approved, the Ministry said on Friday.
The main purpose of the service is organization of organizational and psychological measures aimed at improving work with staff and improving efficiency of professional activities of personnel of the Interior.
The system includes the organization and conduct of professional psychological survey of persons taken into the service in the internal affairs bodies, making the psychological characteristics of employees transferred to another position in order to determine fitness for service, as well as the prediction of psychological readiness to perform certain operational and performance objectives.
In addition, its tasks will include conducting activities on psychological rehabilitation and restoration of professional capacity for work of the Interior Ministry's employees, counseling heads of the Interior, as well as employees and member of their families.
