Tashkent to host SCO meeting of government heads

The twelfth meeting of the Council of the heads of governments of member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) will be held in Tashkent on Nov.29, Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.
The heads of all six countries, member states of the SCO, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, as well as the Secretary General of the organisation Dmitry Mezentsev, Director of the Executive Committee of the Regional Anti-Terrorism Structure Sinfen Zhang and chairmen of Business Council and the Council of Interbank Association of SCO will participate at the meeting.
In addition, representatives of SCO observer states, Afghanistan, India, Iran, Mongolia and Pakistan, as well as representatives of international partner organisations, the UN, ASEAN and CIS will also participate.
It is planned to hear reports on the implementation of decisions of the Council of the heads of states and Council of the heads of governments of the SCO member states. These decisions are related to the development and measures on further deepening of trade, economic and humanitarian cooperation within the organisation, as well as the activity of the Business Council and Interbank Association of the SCO.
On the outcome of the meeting it is planned to sign a Joint Communique and a number of other documents.
