Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov met with Kazakhstan’s Foreign Minister Erlan Idrissov, who paid a working visit to Uzbekistan, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry’s Jahon news agency reported.
The Kazakh Ambassador in Uzbekistan Yerik Utembayev also took part in the talks.
During the meeting, the parties paid special attention to the cooperation between the two countries’ foreign ministries within international and regional organizations.
The sides confirmed the mutual interest to further deepen the dialogue in various areas including the revitalization of the bilateral cooperation institutions.
