The Netherlands will help to build a poultry processing plant in the Orta Chirchiq district of Tashkent region, Trend reports via Sputnik Uzbekistan.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan stated that the construction of a poultry processing plant will require 10 million euros.
Ambassador of Uzbekistan in the Netherlands Dilyor Khakimov discussed this issue with the leadership of Marel Holding BV.
Marel Holding BV assured that they are ready to participate in the creation of processing facilities in the country aimed at increasing the potential of agriculture and ensuring exports to international markets.
Representatives of Marel Holding BV will come to Uzbekistan to discuss the plant's construction in early February.
