Uzbekistan’s Uzavtosanoat JSC and Russia’s Sovcombank PJSC signed a cooperation agreement, Trend reports citing the Uzbek media.
The subject of the agreement was to ensure long-term cooperation between companies on providing UzAuto enterprises with a full range of banking services, including lending, placing temporarily free funds, providing documentary instruments and organizing the placement of equity securities.
The signing was attended by Chairman of the Board of Sovcombank Dmitry Gusev and Chairman of the Board of Uzavtosanoat Shavkat Umurzakov.
Besides, the parties agreed to develop mutually beneficial cooperation and business partnership on financing working capital, technical re-equipment of Uzavtosanoat enterprises and investment projects of the company.
