BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 16. Since the beginning of 2022, 616 tons of coriander was exported from the Russian Stavropol Territory to Uzbekistan, Trend reports via the Russian Rosselkhoznadzor Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance.
The exports of coriander to Uzbekistan increased by 7 times compared to the same period last year (86.5 tons).
After establishing the compliance of the products with the mandatory requirements, the Rosselkhoznadzor Department issued phytosanitary documents.
Rosselkhoznadzor is a federal executive body carrying out functions on control and supervision in the veterinary field: establishment and lifting of phytosanitary quarantine zones, control of pesticide and agrochemical application, maintenance of soil fertility, cultivation achievements, protection, reproduction and use of animal objects and aquatic biological resources, and protection of humans from animal infectious diseases.
