BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 26. Uzbekistan’s Uzbekneftegaz JSC studied the experience of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in the oil and gas sector, Trend reports via Uzbekneftegaz.
Recently, specialists from Uzbekneftegaz visited SOCAR's facilities in Azerbaijan to exchange experience regarding the reduce of CO2 emissions, cleaning of water, as well as disposal of drilling sludge.
Uzbek specialists visited the Waste Management Center, studied work of the German Econ equipment for cleaning used drilling solvent and extracting expensive lubricating oils.
Furthermore, they also examined decanter and tricanter equipment designed for oil product extraction.
This visit was carried out in accordance with the roadmap dated July 5, 2022, developed in order to expand cooperation in the oil and gas sector between Uzbekneftegaz and SOCAR.
Following this visit, the specialists of the Uzbekneftegaz reached agreement on further cooperation with SOCAR.
