Several Iranian nationals have reportedly been detained and subsequently released from prison in Beirut following diplomatic efforts, reported Presstv.
Lebanese forces earlier arrested several Iranian nationals, alleging that they were in possession of camera and CDs containing pictures of routes to various government buildings, fast-food restaurants, and diplomatic centers, according to Tabnak.
The seized Iranians, however, have been released after the allegations against them were refuted.
