Iranian Interior Ministry visits Egypt
Iranian Interior Ministry, Mostafa Mohammad Najjar visited the Egyptian city of Sharm-al-Sheikh on Oct 13 to attend the 6th meeting of Iraq's neighbors, the Iranian IRNA news agency reported.
During a two-day visit, Najjar will meet with his counterparts of other countries as part of the meeting. The meeting will be attended by the Interior Ministers of Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Syria, Jordan, Turkey, Bahrain and Egypt. Bahrain and Egypt is participating in the meeting as observers. Further, the representatives of the Arab League and the Organization of the Islamic Conference will also attend the meeting.
The meeting will focus on security issues of Iraq and strengthening of cooperation with this country in order to protect its borders, struggle against terrorism and restore stability in it.
