Two Iranians were killed and four others injured when a bus carrying Iranian pilgrims and a train collided in Iraq, Press TV reported.
Javad Khani, a representative of Iran's Haj and Pilgrimage Organization, said the accident took place on Friday at 6:00 a.m. local time in the central Iraqi province of Babel, IRIB reported.
He went on to say that the injured were taken to a hospital in Hilla.
"The bus driver is responsible for the accident, in which the bus collided with the train and turned over," Khani added.
The bus was carrying Tehrani pilgrims from Najaf to Kazemain.
The accident took place in the northern part of Babil, about 50 kilometers south of Baghdad.
