A sound bomb blasted at the entrance to the Al-Ghadir hospital in the eastern part of Tehran, Iran at 08:30 (Tehran time), the FARS news agency reported.
No one injured as a result. The explosion damaged the hospital's building. According to reports, police arrested a man on suspicion of involvement in the explosion.
An investigation was launched into the case.
