Iran's national bodybuilding team has won the title of the second Men's World Body Building Championships with a total of 100 points and two gold medals.

Iran's national bodybuilding team has won the title of the second Men's World Body Building Championships with a total of 100 points and two gold medals, Press TV reported.

The Iranian athletes managed to retain their championship title as they did in the first World Body Building Championships. Iran won two gold, four silver and one bronze medals on Monday.

United Arab Emirates and India stood in the second and third places with 94 and 84 points respectively.

The second Men's World Body Building Championships was held in the Indian town of Varanasi with the presence of 100 athletes from 26 countries.

Iranian athletes Moharram Panahi and Abbas Aqeli grabbed gold medals in the 80 and 85 kg categories respectively for the Iranian squad.

Malaysia is due to hold the third Men's World Body Building Championships.
