Domestic car producers manufactured 882,396 cars of different types in the first 7 months of the current Iranian calendar year (ended October 22).
The amount shows 18.3 percent increase compared with the figure corresponding to the same period last year.
In the mentioned period, 750,961 passenger cars have been produced, which is 19.9 percent more than the year before.
During the Iranian month of Mehr (September 23 - October 22) 141,188 car have been produced which shows 7.5 percent rise in comparison to previous year's figure.
