Intl. electricity conference held in Tehran
The 25th international electricity conference opened in Tehran on Monday.
IRIB reported that Energy Minister Majid Namjou attended the conference consisting of 19 fields.
The fields reviewed in the conference include the transfer of electricity, renewable energies, electricity market, IT, dispatching and communications, control and automation, electric machines, ecology, safety and hygiene.
The aim of the conference is to create a platform for researchers, university faculty, managers and reporters to exchange ideas related to the electric power industry.
The conference is scientifically sponsored by 80 domestic and 20 foreign universities and research centers.
