President of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad arrived here in the western Iranian province of Zanjan on Tuesday to pay his third round of provincial visits, IRNA reported.
Upon arrival, President Ahmadinejad being accompanied by a number of his cabinet members was welcomed by the provincial governor and local officials.
Ahmadinejad is due to deliver a speech at the local gathering, then he is to meet with families of martyrs and war veterans and attend a live TV interview during the first day of his visit.
During the second day, Iran's President is planned to receive provincial executives, elites and managers.
This is Ahmadinejad's 79th provincial visit.
