Iran's Minister of Housing and Urban Development Ali Nikzad arrived here Thursday morning to explore ways of promoting mutual relations, IRNA reported.
The minister was received at the airport by his Turkish counterpart Mustafa Demir.
He will discuss issues of mutual interest with Turkish officials and focus on ways of expanding bilateral cooperation in urban construction areas, making joint investments and further activating private sector companies in the construction field.
Nikzad will meet senior Turkish officials and hold direct talks with members of the Turkish association of construction industry as well.
Tomorrow he will depart for Istanbul for more meetings.
