A seminar on the role of new technologies in promotion of human life started in Iranian Kish peninsula Saturday morning in the presence of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, IRNA reported.
Several officials including Minister of Science, Research and Technology Kamran Daneshjou and Head of the Presidential Office Esfandiar Rahim-Mashaie as well as a group of Iranian scientists residing inside and outside the country are attending the two-day seminar.
The participants will discuss issues related to nanotechnology, aerospace, new energies, microelectronics, information technology and communications.
