Iran general warns over U.S. terrorist actions

Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC)'s reaction to the U.S. terrorist actions would be remorseful, Deputy Head of Iran's Joint Chiefs of Staff Masoud Jazayeri said, ISNA reported.

"IRGC reaction to the U.S. terrorist attempts would be remorseful. The U.S. would be damaged if it does not offer apology to Iran," Jazayeri said commenting the U.S. officials' allegation on assassinating some IRGC officials.

"The world would witness counter-terrorism movements against White House as Occupy Wall Street and also unrest in Europe, if the media particularly weblogs play their role properly in this regard," Jazayeri noted.

He also said, "Our message to occupy Wall Street protesters is to protest against their terrorist government, the U.S., and do not allow the evil governors to damage the country's reputation more."

In late October, the Fars News AGency reported that several US political and military officials told a hearing of the House of Representatives' Homeland Security Committee that Washington should start terror attacks on the lives of Iranian officials, specially the top commanders of the Quds Force of the IRGC.
