Iranian Roads and Urban Development Minister, Ali Nikzad, is in Moscow for a two-day visit with his Russian counterpart, Igor Levitin, to expand bilateral relations.
The Iranian official arrived in Moscow on Wednesday, the IRNA news agency reported. He is scheduled to attend an international conference on transportation in Moscow.
