Ahmadinejad blasts global injustice, unfair relations

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad lambasted the arrogant powers for their cruel policies and greed for looting the other nations' wealth, and said they have spread injustice and unfair ties throughout the world, FNA reported

"The bullying powers deploy their forces in any country they want, occupy it and usurp that nation's right of sovereignty, freedom of speech, progress and even the right of being a human," Ahmadinejad said on Wednesday.

He referred to the US and its allies' attack on Afghanistan and Iraq in the last ten years as an instance of the bullying powers' unfair policies, and said they staged the two wars to save themselves from the deadlock they were entangled in by finding access and dominating the Middle-East's rich resources.

President Ahmadinejad had also in his earlier remarks taken the unjust policies adopted by the western countries responsible for the spread of poverty and hunger in the world.

"The lack of justice has created such disasters in the world," Ahmadinejad said in August, adding that based on the statistical figures released by international organizations, 3 billion from the world's 7-billion-strong population live in poverty and 1.2billion are afflicted with hunger.

He reiterated that the poor and hunger-stricken countries like Somalia possess rich resources and wealth, and said, "The reason for poverty in these regions is that a number of western arrogant powers have dominated them and are looting them."
