Iran needs $3 billion to close borders

Iran needs $3 billion (3 trillion rials) to secure its borders, the country's acting police chief, Ahmad Reza Radan, told Mehr news. If the funding is provided, ran can control its borders at an acceptable level in a relatively short time the police chief told Mehr.
