Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 16 / Trend S. Isayev, T. Jafarov/
The first issue of Rules of Dialogue magazine has been released, Tabnak News website reported.
Founder and owner of Rules of Dialogue magazine is Iran's former president, reformist politician Sayyid Mohammad Khatami.
The magazine covers social and cultural topics, and the first issue contains articles written by Khatami himself.
The chief editor of the magazine is Hadi Haneki, who served as adviser on Media and Cultural issues for Khatami, while he was Iran's president.
Running on a reform agenda, Khatami was elected president on May 23, 1997 in what many have described as a remarkable election. Voter turnout was nearly 80 percent.
Despite limited television airtime, most of which went to conservative Speaker of Parliament and favored candidate Ali Akbar Nateq-Nouri, Khatami received 70 percent of the vote.
