Iran's Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi said on Friday that Nowruz has a message of peace, friendship and religious teachings to world nations, IRNA reported.
Vahidi made the remarks in an interview with the website of Global Festival of Nowruz on Friday.
Referring to the wise message of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei on Nowruz, he said the event will deepen interactions and contacts among nations which is of prime importance in terms of civilizations.
He expressed the hope that message of Nowruz would spread to the entire region.
