Iran has set a world record in constructing a gas refinery thanks to planning and integrated management, Mehr news agency reports the country's oil minister as saying.
Over the past 20 months, 62 per cent of the actual construction on a gas refinery has been finished whilst Iran faced international sanctions, said Rostam Ghasemi Iran's Oil Minister. The fastest time recorded for a refinery's construction is 52 months, while foreign companies have no problems with financing and buying supplies, he added.
