Russia is seeking explanation from Iran over the arrest of two Russian citizens. Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov made a diplomatic representation in this respect to Iran's Ambassador in Moscow Mahmoud Reza Sajjadi, The Voice of Russia reported.
Kaysin and Romanenko of Russia who worked for the Kazakh-Iranian Zarkuh mining company were arrested on April 5 in Tehran without any explanation.
Russian diplomats managed to free them but their documents and belongings are still held by Iran.
