International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) chief Yukiya Amano said Sunday that it was possible to reach a deal with Iran over its disputed nuclear programme, but warned that nothing was certain, dpa reported.
"Nothing is certain, but let's stay positive," the head of the Vienna-based UN nuclear watchdog told reporters before he flew to Iran for talks that could lead to a deal on allowing IAEA inspectors access to nuclear sites, documents, and scientists.
