Three Iranian nationals were arrested in Tajikistan, on fraud charges, Tajik media reported.
According to the official report from Tajikistan's Interior Ministry, the Tajik police arrested three Iranians, who tricked an employee of the currency exchange spot and escaped.
Reportedly, the Iranians took $4,300 thousand from the currency exchange worker, promising to trade them into Tajik currency, and instead took off with the money.
A criminal case has been filed, investigation is underway.
