Iran's deputy nuclear negotiator has stated that his country will continue to insist on the full restoration of its people's nuclear rights.

Ali Bagheri, deputy secretary of Iran's National Security Council, said Iran has asked the European Union's foreign policy chief, Catherine Ashton, for a response to its suggestions for resolving differences with the West, the Iranian Students' News Agency (ISNA) Reports.

At their meeting in Istanbul last week, Iran's head nuclear negotiator, Saeed Jalili, emphasized the proposals made during the Moscow round of negotiations and the Iranian people's nuclear rights to Ms. Ashton.

The EU's chief negotiator called last week's meeting in Istanbul useful and constructive and said she would have future discussion after consulting with the P5+1 members, said Mr. Bagheri.

Iran restarted nuclear talks with P5+1 in 2011 February after suspending talks for 14 months. Until June 2012 P5+1 and Iran has held negotiations for several times in Turkey, Iraq and Russia without any result.
