The signing of a number of economy and energy agreements is planned during the visit of Iranian VP Mohammad-Reza Rahimi to Turkey, which will take place on October 4-5.
According to deputy minister of foreign relations, the first vice president will visit Turkey due to invitation of the prime minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Previously, Turkish minister of energy and natural resources Taner Yildiz spoke on signing of new agreements in energy field between Ankara and Teheran.
Turkey imports around 8 million tons of oil and 8 billion cubic meters of gas per year from Iran.
