Today, in Tehran and some 700 more cities of Iran, protests are being held after the Friday prayer, because of Israel's recent attack in Gaza Strip, Fars reported.
The Israeli Air Force carried out attacks on Thursday (2nd day of operations on the Gaza Strip), aimed at about a 100 targets and killing three members of the HAMAS movement's military wing, bringing the total number of killed Palestinians to at least 11.
Operation "Pillar of Defense" carried out by Israel has been a large scale operation carried out with tanks and naval ships, as well as planes.
Iran recently urged NAM countries to break relations with Israel after Gaza incident.
Iranian FM spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said the Islamic Republic strongly condemned the attack, noting that Iran as chairman of NAM, urged all member-states to break their relations with Israel, following the Gaza incident.
"As NAM chairman, Iran strongly condemns Israel's attack on Gaza Strip. Unfortunately since International organizations keep silent about such incidents, innocent people continue to die, and Israel has become impudent," Mehmanparast said.
