An illegal network connected with Baha'i religious movement representatives, foreign intelligence services and foreign satellite channels has been discovered in Iran, Tehran prosecutor Abbas Jafari Dovlatabadi said according to a report from the Iranian news agency Mehr on Tuesday.

An illegal network connected with Baha'i religious movement representatives, foreign intelligence services and foreign satellite channels has been discovered in Iran, Tehran prosecutor Abbas Jafari Dovlatabadi said according to a report from the Iranian news agency Mehr on Tuesday.

He said that information programs, which are against the standards of Islamic morality and the requirements of the Islamic revolution, were developed in studios that were part of this network.

"Some 28 people who are members of the network were arrested during simultaneous operations carried out at ten houses in Tehran," the prosecutor said.

Earlier, the director of one satellite channel operating in the United States that broadcasted against the Iranian regime was arrested in order to expose this network.
