South Korean ambassador calls for parliamentary ties with Iran
South Korean Ambassador to Iran Sung Wung Yeub said on Monday that cooperation between the two countries parliamentary friendship groups will help promote bilateral relations, IRNA reported.
In a meeting with co-chairman of Iran-South Korea Parliamentary Friendship Group, Iraj Nadimi, he said that the parliaments' capacities for further consolidating ties should be utilized optimally.
Nadimi, for his part, underlined the existence of numerous economic and industrial capacities of the two countries for promoting economic cooperation.
He added that exchange of visit of senior political officials would serve as an opportunity for promoting bilateral ties.
