Iran's deputy Parliament speaker says many of the financial problems facing the Iranian nation remained from the past administrations.
Mohammad Reza Bahonar says liquidity during the two terms of president Ahmadinejad has increased by seven times-- leading to high inflation in the country.
Bahonar-- who is a presidential election hopeful-- also praised the ninth and tenth administrations for having the courage to implement Iran's subsidy reform plan.
He described the plan to phase out subsidies as essential and crucial for Iran's economy.
