At least four people were killed and 25 injured today to the north of Baghdad as a result of a suicide attack on a bus carrying Iranian pilgrims, ITAR-TASS reported.
The attack took place near the town of Baqubah - the administrative center of the province of Diyala (60 km from the capital).
The terrorist detonated a car bomb near the pilgrims from the neighboring country, who were intending to visit the holy places for Shiites in Iraq. Many of the victims were taken to a local hospital in critical condition. Doctors are not sure if the death toll will rise.
Fourteen Iranian pilgrims were killed on May 20, when a car loaded with explosives blew up close to their bus, near the town of Tikrit (180 km north of Baghdad).
