President-elect welcomes expansion of ties with Helsinki, Prague
Iranian President-elect Hassan Rowhani in separate messages to Czech and Finnish presidents on Tuesday welcomed their proposals for expansion of Tehran-Prague and Tehran-Helsinki relations, IRNA reported.
Hojjatoleslam Rowhani in response to the congratulation message of Finlands President Sauli Vainamo Niinisto while appreciating him for his kind message, expressed hope that the two countries friendly relations would expand more than ever before during his tenure.
The president-elect has also in his appreciation message to Finlands president wished good health and al the best for the people of Finland.
According to IRNA, the Iranian president-elect has also in his appreciation message to the Czech President Milos Zeman expressed hope that the two countries relations would expand more than ever before based on mutual respect and the two nations shared interests.
Hojjatoleslam Rowhani had earlier in his talks emphasized Irans willingness for the further expansion of friendly relations with all foreign countries based on observation of mutual respect and observing national interests of each others countries.
