British parliamentary delegation due in Tehran on Dec. 7
The UK parliamentary delegation led by co-chairman of Iran-UK parliamentary friendship group in the UK parliament and former UK Foreign Secretary, Jack Straw, is to arrive in Tehran on Tuesday, IRNA reported.
Co-chairman of Iran-UK parliamentary friendship group Abbassali Mansouri Arami told IRNA that the British delegation will during its three-day stay in Iran meet and confer with senior Iranian political and economic officials.
The British delegation is scheduled to exchange views with Iranian counterparts in the context of Iran-UK Parliamentary Friendship Group.
IRNA learned that the agenda of the visit is promotion of Tehran-London ties in various fields including political and economic domains.
