Iran to open suspension glass bridge in Ardabil Province

Iran's first suspension glass bridge will be opened in the city of Hir located in Iran’s Ardabil Province, said Ali Asghar Mounesan, Vice President of Iran and Head of Iran's Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization, Trend reports referring to ISNA.
According to him, the foundation of Iran's first suspension glass bridge was laid last year.
Mounesan added that the opening of the bridge considered as one of Iran's most important tourism projects.
"The tourist facility around the bridge will help attract tourists and boost economic development in the region," he said.
The Hir suspension glass bridge will be opened during the visit of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani to Ardabil.
