(IRNA) - President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad put in effect a law based on an agreement singed between Iran Air and Swiss Air.
The move was made in accordance with Article 123 of the IRI Constitution that reiterates after the ratification of a law at the Majlis and its approval at the Guardians Council, the president must put it in effect through the concerned executive body, that is the Roads and Transportation Ministry in this case, reports Trend.
According to Article 5 of the said agreement, the rules and regulations of each side, on entry, exit and temporary residence of passengers, cargo, or post parcels of Iran, or Switzerland, would be in effect so long as they are in that country.
The agreement has a prelude and 21 articles.
