Samsung unleashes trio of picture-takers: NV11, N74, i7

(www.mobilemag.com) вЂ" Samsung is at it again, taking the idea of a conventional camera and turning it on its head, literally. They've got three new cams -- the NV11, N74, and the i7 -- the last which is particularly notable for its rotating 3.0-inch display. Not to be confused with the HSDPA-packing, text message-loving VLUU i70, the i7 sports a 7.2 megapixel sensor, simulated SRS 3D sound, 3x optical zoom, Advanced Shake Reduction technology, ISO 1600, SVGA video, and yes, even an integrated MP3 player.

Heading on over to the other two offerings, the NV11 (a followup to last year's NV10) is probably the most powerful of the bunch with its 10.1 megapixels of goodness, 5x Schneider-Kreuznach optical zoom lens, 2.7-inch LCD, image stabilization, and VGA video at 30fps. For more wide angle shots, you may want to consider the N74 as while it can only do QVGA video, it does rock a 28mm wide-angel 3.6x optical zoom lens. Other goodies include a 3.0-inch LCD, more anti-shake protection, face recognition, and ISO 1600, reports Trend.

All three are expected to start shipping "later in the year" at prices yet to be determined.
