Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC) intends to hold an international tender for chartering of one tugboat.
The tender details are:
Location: IOOC oilfields in the Persian Gulf
Performance period: Two years
Other items shall be considered:
-Ability to submit Bid Bond in the amount of 3.767 billion Iranian rials (each USD makes 32,371 rials) or 428,519 AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
-Ability to submit 10 percent of total contract price value as performance guarantee.
-Proposals should be submitted with no conditions.
-Company shall reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or parts thereof without giving any reason or explanation whatsoever.
-The validity of the submitted financial proposals shall be three months from the closing date and extendable for one further period.
Bidders who have the ability and are willing to participate in the pre-qualification are requested to submit a written request to Contract Department till Jan. 11, 2017.

Note: Bidders shall deposit an amount of 1.2 million rials to IOOC account No. 59322230, Tejarat Bank and deliver receipt of the same to IOOC Contract Dept for receiving tender documents (after confirmation by IOOC).
Closing date for submission of the Pre-qualification documents shall be Jan. 25, 2017.
