Main index of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) lost 159.9 points or 0.19 percent by the end of trade, resting at 85355 points on October 3.
According to the TSE official website, 554 million shares valued at $42.9 million (1.4 trillion rials according to the official rate on Tuesday) were traded for the day.
The Price Index dropped 51.7 points or 0.19 percent, resting at 27578.9 points.
The First Market was down 113.1 points or 0.19 percent, posting 59093.8.
The Second Market Index declined 342.9 points or 0.18 percent, standing at 189862.1.
The Industry Index gave up 135 points or 0.18 percent, resting at 74336.8.
TSE 30 Index slumped 5.3 points or 0.15 percent, closing at 3480.1.
TSE 50 Index fell 6.7 points or 0.2 percent, ending at 3384.7.
