Tehran is going to host the fourth version of National Conference on the Rural and Nomadic on October 7, Vice President for Rural Affairs Abolfazl Razavi told a press conference.
The event will be attended by some ministers as well as near 1400 rural representatives, including tribal representatives, village council members, and the rural academic elite, Razavi said, Trend correspondent reported from the presser October 3.
To be held at Iran International Conference Center, the event will provide a venue to discuss the economic and social importance of rural areas and the villagers, the vice president noted.
He also said that the conference will be ensued by an international exhibition of rural and nomadic products, to be held in Tehran March 3-9.
