Oil installations intact after strong earthquake in western Iran

Despite a severe earthquake in western Iran, oil installations at Kermanshah refinery remain intact and its units are in full operation, an official with the refinery told Trend.
However, gas refinery of Ilam Province has halted its operation due to safety concerns, the officials announced.
A powerful 7.3-magnitude earthquake hit the border region between Iran and Iraq, killing about 400 people, almost all of them in Iran.
According to the latest reports by Iranian media outlets, the quake's death toll has reached 407, with some 6,700 injured.
