1. 12:03 GMT – Iran’s Finance and Economic Affairs Minister Masoud Karbasian has echoed plans to turn the country’s housing bank into a development bank.

2. 12:04 GMT – The United Nations intellectual property agency has said that Iran marked the fastest growth in industrial design counts worldwide with a 34.8 percent increase.

3. 12:05 GMT – The Iranian parliament's research center has forecasted that the country’s economic growth rate would hit 3.7 percent over the current fiscal year (starting March 20).
