The products traded at Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on Dec. 19 are:

International ring:

- 500 tons of liquid gas from ajr-e-Jam (Kangan) Gas Refining Co.

Domestic ring:

-600,000 liters of 402 solvent from Kermanshah Oil Refining Company;

-25 tons of methanol from Zagros Petrochemical Company;

-1,104 tons of heavy-end cut from Shazand Petrochemical;

-1,452 tons of methanol from Shiraz Petrochemical Company;

- 117,000 kilowatt hours of electricity from Saba South West Power Generation Company;

-1.5 million liters of 404 solvent from Shiraz Oil Refining Company;

-1,000 tons of light naphtha from Shiraz Oil Refining Company;

-2,400 tons of heavy naphtha from Shiraz Oil Refining Company.

Total value of the deals in the rings amounted to ‎246.45 ‎billion rials (1 USD = 35,700 rials).

IRENEX is a market for trading energy futures and commodities, including oil, gas, electricity, petrochemicals and oil byproducts. It was launched in 2013 as the fourth official Iranian exchange and operates under the supervision and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Organization of Iran.

More than 100 companies, including petrochemical plants, refineries and power plants offer their commodities at the exchange, according to the IRENEX website.
