The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for Jan. 6:
Export floor: Offers 17,000 tons of bitumen.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 86,764 tons of various chemicals, polymers, bitumen, lube cut oil, vacuum bottom feedstock and slack wax.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 10 kilograms of gold bullion from Zarshouran Gold Complex.
Agriculture floor: Offers 125,000 day-old chickens, 13,200 tons of wheat, 5,900 tons of sugar, 600 tons of sunflower oil, 600 tons of soybean oil, 800 tons of canola oil and 4,029 tons of corn.
Furthermore, the side market of IME will offer 600 tons of palm oil from Malaysia and 20 tons of lactic butter.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
