The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for Feb. 21:
Export floor: Offers 110,000 tons of iron ore from Sangan Iron Ore Complex, 15,200 tons of bitumen and insulation.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 34,669 tons of chemicals, polymers and bitumen.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 30,000 tons of steel slabs type C, 1,000 tons of mixed rebar basket, 500 tons of aluminium billet, 1,600 tons of aluminium alloy ingots, 2,000 tons of cement and 140 tons of sulphur molybdenum as well as 50 Cerato passenger cars.
Agriculture floor: Offers 541,000 day-old chicks, 10,400 tons of wheat, 5,350 tons of sugar, 1,500 tons of crude vegetable oil, 170 tons of large lentil, 50 tons of Hashemi sort rice and 491 tons of maize within the framework of supportive price plan.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 600 tons of frozen meat and 500 tons of steel scraps.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
