The main index of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) lost 481.24 points or 0.5 percent to end the trades at 95506.3 on April 16.
According to the TSE official website, about 466 million shares, valued at $ 22.4 million (942.1 billion rials) were traded for the day.
The Price Index dropped 158.61 points or 0.52 percent, to post 30279.1.
The First Market gave up 424.66 points or 0.63 percent, to post 67419.4.
The Second Market lost 592.01 points or 0.29 percent, to post 205592.
The Industry Index declined 471.59 points or 0.55 percent, to post 85535.2.
TSE 30 Index was down 30.12 points or 0.7 percent, to close at 4268.5.
TSE 50 Index dropped 23.8 points or 0.59 percent, to end at 4030.7.
