The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for April 18:
Export floor: Offers 108,450 tons bitumen.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 40,072 tons of chemicals, bitumen and slack wax.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 310 tons of copper wire, 3,000 tons of copper cathode, 20,000 tons of low-grade copper, 140 tons of sulfur molybdenum, 12 tons of precious metal concentrates, 1,000 tons of 1000lb aluminium ingot and 2,000 tons of cement as well as 10 kilograms of gold bullion.
Agriculture floor: Offers 555,000 day-oil chicks, 9,600 tons of sugar and 19,600 tons of colza as well as 48,400 tons of wheat, 3,000 tons of crude vegetable oil and 600 kilograms of saffron.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 1,000 tons of phosphate concentrate and 119 tons of frozen meat.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME, who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
