The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for April 25:
Export floor: Offers 32,460 tons of bitumen, sulphur and insulation.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 176,500 tons of vacuum bottom as well as 129,090 tons of chemicals, bitumen, lube cut oil and sulphur.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 50,000 tons of bloom, 1,000 tons of 1000 lb aluminum ingots and 500 tons of aluminium billets as well as 2,000 tons of cement.
Agriculture floor: Offers 50,000 day-old chickens, 9,100 tons of sugar and 8,000 tons of wheat, 1,700 tons of crude vegetable oil and 800 kilograms of saffron as well as 23,600 tons of colza and 1,500 tons of barley.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 300 tons of sugar, 1,500 tons of phosphate concentrate and 300 tons of steel scrap.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
